Birthday surprise
I mentioned prior that Shawn gave me a birthday surprise (a little early, it’s actually 4/2)
He sat me down, started streaming music from Disney parks on his pc and gave me my travel bag. He said sorry we can’t go to Disney World this year, but here I packed your bag for you. I opened it and he handed me the card envelope from a prior trip with a soap & pen from the hotel (for having checked in)
He then had stuff wrapped in Disney designs he printed out from online and maps of resorts we’ve stayed at (Pop Century, Caribbean Beach and Port Orleans Riverside) with a Disney luggage tag on it. First I unwrapped 3 attraction prints!
Haunted Mansion is my favorite ride, we both love the monorail print and we love the People Mover :D
Next some Disney games to play!
and we never manage to go to Disney without buying a vinylmation figure.
He also rented two Disney films I hadn’t seen from the library and got the recipe and fixins to make Lighthouse sandwiches!
I cried like crazy at how thoughtful and sweet it all was. I feel a little teary just writing about it here.

Kaidan spends the past few days of playing practically ignoring me. Doesn’t even go down to the Citadel when we dock even after saying we should go out to eat there next time. The night before I’m about to do a major battle he brings the bottle of whiskey I bought him to my cabin to seduce me. Dude needs to work on his timing.

Sometimes what you get emotional about while on your period is pretty funny.
Yesterday I got upset, but didn’t cry over dirty dishes. Something else insignificant got me, but I can’t recall what. Then I cried big time over birthday surprises from my husband. I would have cried no matter what because it was amazing and wonderful (I’ll post later in detail) but I was bawling on his shoulder.
Today I cried when I started watching a subbed variety show Block B was on and the whole group was there EXCEPT ZICO. X( Then I cried while listening to B1A4 thinking how they always make me smile.
My periods don’t always make me this way, but this month’s is.
Yesterday I was playing Mass Effect 2 and saying what a jerk I am going all over the galaxy depleting all the planets of their ore. My hubby, Shawn, said “wouldn’t it be funny if the whole reason the reapers were able to destroy most civilizations in ME3 was because Shepard had taken everyone’s resources?”. That’s a funny thought.
Been playing mass effect 2 after finishing mass effect 3 and when I’m not doing that I’ve been doing fixer upper stuff in the apartment rather than tumblring. If you happened to miss me. Feeling pretty sick today with “that time” stuff so I see only video games, napping, and maybe laundry in my future today.
We got a crazy washer dryer that is one machine and it arrived Friday. Still trying to figure out which settings to use for optimal cleaning and drying. This thing is crazy yet cool. imagine the craziest super fancy computerized Japanese rice cooker you’ve always wanted and that’s kind of this washer/dryer machine. It plays a song when it’s done and stuff.

A tube arrived in the mail @ShawnS52 said don’t open it! Me: how did you cram Onew & Zico into that tiny tube? Shawn: it is just onew/zico hair samples. I couldn’t afford the whole thing Lol, now I have to wait until next month to see what he got me!
Returned to the Citadel to cash in all the completed missions. I’m telling everyone their shit is waiting for them in bay D24. It’s as if I’m having a yard sale all up in the Normandy.

today I made an effort and went to the apt clubhouse. I walked on the treadmill for 2 miles. Most weekdays I’m home working on stuff, but the day I leave for like an hour was when they attempted to deliver my Block B cd.
I can’t pick it up until after 9a tomorrow. I have a car appointment at 845a, so first thing after.
